Lancaster is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lancaster follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Today, June 14th, I visited BJ's Tire Center around 1:00 PM intending to purchase four tires for my truck. When my wife and I entered the store, an employee approached the counter and, instead of greeting us or asking how he could help, immediately said, "What do you want? What are you looking for?" I remained polite and explained that I was interested in purchasing four tires for my truck. His response was, "Dude, we are booked for the week!" delivered with an attitude that came across as rude and unprofessional. What surprised me most was that I wasn't asking for same-day service. I simply wanted pricing, availability, and the opportunity to order the tires for a future installation date. Unfortunately, the conversation was over before it even started because of the way I was treated. After that interaction, I told my wife we should leave. We then visited Mavis Tire Center, where the experience was completely different. The staff was friendly, provided pricing and options, and scheduled the installation for next Sunday, which was perfectly fine since I wasn't in any hurry. This is how businesses lose customersβ€”not because they're busy, but because of how customers are treate

The guys working in the tire department are fantastic they earned the 5 stars! The problem is…they also have to work the front desk AND handle all propane sales and fill ups. This has them running all over the place dealing with way too much. Even with that, they still had my tires installed as quickly as they could. Lancaster BJ’s should really look into hiring an additional person to handle the front desk and the propane, so these guys can do their actual jobs and install tires!

I purchased my tires online and made an appointment. Peri had called me the day before bc they had a cancellation, but I kept my same appointment. He told me everything I needed to know. It took an hour. Dealing with Peri was great. He said keep your paperwork in your glove box and call to make appointments for free rotations.

Understaffed, terrible customer service. For whatever reason BJs thought it was a good idea to have the tire center employees in charge of the propane as well. The dumbest shit I’ve ever seen or heard. Constantly getting my tire change pushed back because people come for propane. On top of that the mechanic working there had terrible customer service. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and my car isn’t even up in the air getting its tires changed yet.

Creating an appointment for getting tires replaces was a breeze without any issues or headaches. Replacement on the day was swift and efficient. A year later when my one tire got a piece of rock stuck in it, puncturing it, Perri was able to accommodate my no-cost tire repair on the same day I called in. He patched it quickly and effortlessly in under 30 minutes. Would certainly continue to go back to this tire center in the future due to the great service and prices.
